: Vice President Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy on his 65th birthday today.
Sources in the Directorate of Information and Publicity said the Vice President sent a fax message extending his greetings to the Chief Minister.
The Prime Minister conveyed his best wishes to the Chief Minister over phone, they said.
