Drug firm Vivimed has appointed Pavan Kumar as Chief Executive Officer of the company in its meeting held today.
The board of director of the company in its meeting held on April 23, 2016 approved appointment of Pavan Kumar as Chief Executive Officer of the company and Ramesh Challa as Chief Financial officer, Vivimed Ltd said in a BSE filing today.
Kumar has over three decades of managerial experience working for multinational and Indian organisations in diverse sectors such as consumer/industrial goods, agribusiness and chemicals, in functions such as marketing, operations, project and general management, leading and building competitive businesses, the statement said.
