Vizag: drug company's MD attacked at residence

Three unidentified persons today assaulted P Seshagiri Rao, managing director of Vimala Drugs, at his house in Duvvada area here.

Rao was alone at the time of the incident.

According to police, he was hit on the head with the butt of a sharp weapon.

When the intruders asked him to sign some papers at knife point, he raised alarm. The intruders then fled.

Police sub-inspector K Shankar Narayana said the police had obtained footage of the CCTV camera installed inside the apartment.
