Outgoing Vice President Hamid Ansari and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today met President Ram Nath Kovind here.
Besides them, Himachal Pradesh Governor Acharya Devvrat, Sikkim Governor Shriniwas Patil, Lt Governor of Puducherry Kiran Bedi, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, also met the president, Rashtrapati Bhavan said in a series of tweets.
Members of Parliament Jugal Kishor (Rajya Sabha), Hemant Godse (Lok Sabha/from Nashik),P Ravindra Babu (Lok Sabha/Amlapuram, Andhra Pradesh), Ranjan Bhatt (Lok Sabha/Vadodara) and Jayshree Patel (Lok Sabha/Mehsana) met Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
