Wanted criminal held in Noida

A wanted criminal, carrying a reward of Rs one lakh on his head, has been arrested in Noida, police said today.

Vinod Bavla, a history-sheeter and wanted in over 40 cases of loot and murder here was arrested last night in Noida, SSP Manzil Saini told reporters here.

After evading arrest on several occasions police have recommended to increase the reward from Rs one lakh to two lakh, he said.
