West Bengal BJP observer Kailash Vijayvargiya today faced slogans and protests from a section of the party workers in South 24 Parganas district protesting against the forming of the booth (mandal) committees.

The protestors also carried placards and were heard shouting slogans against state party president Rahul Sinha as well during a party meeting here.

Later, Vijayvargiya told newsmen that such dissensions exist in all parties.

"We are not worried about this. We are working to strengthen BJP in West Bengal ahead of the 2016 assembly poll," he added.
