A woman was killed after being hit by brick, allegedly by her son, at Jaipur in Howrah district today.
Police said Pratima Bakuli had suffered deep gashes on head and declared dead at hospital.
Her son Surojit Bakuli was arrested on filing of complaint by the family and eye witness accounts on charge of hitting Pratima with bricks during argument on returning home in a drunken state.
