A woman today killed her husband following a scuffle over some issues here, police said.
The accused Divyalathia had married B Muralidhar (42) twenty years ago and they were residing together, a senior police official said.
However, Murlidhar had an extra martial affair and threatened his wife that he will marry the other woman, he added.
An argument broke out between Murlidhar and his wife today after which Murlidhar attacked her with a knife, but she escaped unhurt, the officer said.
Divyalathia snatched the knife from him and attacked her husband and killed him on the spot, the officer said, adding she later surrendered before police.
A case was registered at Robersonpet Police station and a probe is on, police said.
