Woman kills self, minor daughter by setting themselves ablaze

: A woman allegedly committed suicide by setting herself ablaze along with her two and a half year old daughter after a quarrel with her husband near srivilliputhur

in this district today.

The 30-year-old woman's one and a half year old son who was also set ablaze has been admitted to hospital in a serious conditionl, police said.

Both the woman and the little girl died in hospital without responding to treatment, they said.
