Woman washed away in flash floods in J-K

40-year-old Gulam Fatima was swept away in the flash floods triggered by heavy rains in the district, officials said.

A search operation was launched in the area and the body was recovered, which has been handed over to the family for last rites.

50-year-old Anwar Hussain was yesterday washed away in flash floods triggered by heavy rains in Satu river in Patrada area of Rajouri district. His body has been recovered.
