Actress Jessica Alba has revealed that she wore a corset day and night for three months to lose weight following the birth of her second child.
The 31-year-old "Fantastic Four" star said that she was constantly strapped into two girdles to lose weight, reported Digital Spy.
"It was brutal; it's not for everyone. I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it," she said.
Alba, who is mother to 4-year-old Honor and 20-month-old Haven with husband Cash Warren, also revealed that she has "just finished" filming for the sequel to Sin City.
The actress, who reprises her role as Nancy Callahan in the film, branded "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" the best movie [she's] ever done.
