Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has hiked land allotment rates at its board meeting held today, its chairman Rama Raman said.
Residential plot rates have been hiked from Rs 14,200 to Rs 15,620 per square meter, while that of Group housing raised from Rs 14,750 to Rs 16,225 per square meter. Commercial plot rates have been hiked from Rs 28,400 to Rs 34,080 per square meter.
Allotment rate of Institution plots up to 4,000 square meters size has been hiked from Rs 7,200 to Rs 7,560 per square meter. Industrial plot rates have been hiked from Rs 6,100 toRs 6,405 per square meter. Recreational green plot rates has been hiked from Rs 5,100 to Rs 5,355 per square meter.

Board has also removed ban on transfer of property.
However, plots where there is stay order from court transfer will not be allowed. Transfer charges has been hiked from 2 percent to 5 percent.
Further, board has provided relief to residential plot allottees of 300 square meter. They will not have get their building plan got approved from YEIDA. Registered empaneled Architects building plan will be treated as deemed approval.
Only building plan has to be submitted to authority.
If buildings are not as per authority building byelaws the architect will be deplaned and heavy penalty imposed.
