a 20 year-old youth has been arrested at the Mangaluru International Airport while trying to smuggle out four kg of ganja to Bahrain on an Air India flight, police said today.
The accused, identified as Abhilash from Kasaragod in Kerala, was arrested yesterday while trying to board the flight to Bahrain with a bag of ganja.
Police sources said customs officials detained the youth on finding the ganja packet in his possession during preliminary checking at the airport.
