Youth commits suicide

committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree in Harchowal village under Sri Hargobindpur police station today, police said.

Gurdeep Singh (20) was an employee in the Sugar mill at Kiri Afgana and was depressed for last few days, police said.

Police handed over the body to his parents after a post mortem at Civil Hospital here.
