Youth Cong demands CBI probe into Mohanlalganj case

Activists of Youth Congress today staged a protest against alleged dismal law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh and demanded a CBI probe into murder of a young woman in Mohanlalganj area here.

Led by Youth Congress central zone president Ankit Parihar and outfit's national secretary and in-charge of Uttar Pradesh affairs Srinivas B V, activists handed over a memorandum to authorities, addressed to the the Governor demanding a CBI probe into the incident.

Addressing the party workers, Parihar said ever since the Samajwadi Party government has come to power, crime has spiralled and criminals were being shielded.
