A youth was found murdered today in Sahibabad area here under Indirapuram police station of the district.
The body of the youth was found hanging from a tree this morning, police said, adding that prima facie it appeared to be a case of murder.
"As per preliminary investigation, it seems that he was first murdered and then hanged from tree. We are awaiting his post mortem examination report to ascertain the cause of the death," said a police officer.
Police said that identity of the youth is yet to be established and further investigation is on.
