Youth held with 100 kg ganja

A 20-year-old man was arrested here allegedly with 100 kg of ganja worth around Rs 50 lakh smuggled from Bihar, police said today.

Sumit Rai, who is from Vaishali in Bihar, was apprehended near Old Delhi Railway station yesterday when he came there with the contraband, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav said.

Rai, who presently stays in Nangloi area, supplied the contraband to his contacts in Delhi for making quick money, Yadav said, adding he was arrested earlier too for possessing ganja.
