Youth killed in clash over old rivalry

A youth was killed and three others were injured after they were beaten up badly with sticks by some members of a rival group in Nihula village in Mehnajpur area, police said today.

Kamla Singh (36) was killed and three others were injured after they clashed with rival faction over an old rivalry last night, they said.

The injured have been rushed to the hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.

Police is probing the matter. No arrests have so far been made in this connection.
