Zinc up 0.1% on spot demand

Zinc futures prices today edged up by 0.14% to Rs 138 per kg as speculators enlarged positions amid rising demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc for delivery in January edged up by 25 paise, or 0.14%, to Rs 138 per kg, with a business turnover of 299 lots.
The metal for delivery in February also rose by 15 paise, or 0.11% to trade at Rs 138.50 per kg, with a business turnover 8 lots.
