Exclusive: EU regulators set to warn Thyssenkrupp, Tata Steel on steel JV - sources

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - EU antitrust regulators will likely this week warn Germany's Thyssenkrupp and India's Tata Steel about their landmark joint venture unless the companies pre-empt the move by offering concessions, people familiar with the matter said on Monday.
The European Commission's charge sheet known as a statement of objections typically sets out serious competition concerns which companies have to address with specific concessions or see their deal blocked.
