German minister senses British 'nervousness', but sees no path to undo Brexit

(Reuters) - German said there were growing signs of British nervousness at being isolated in a more uncertain international environment but that he saw no immediate sign of revisiting its decision to leave the

"I think the British noticed that ... it's changing with the U.S., they aren't quite as close as before," he said. "And now they aren't going to be EU members either, and the EU has made it clear that things won't be the same."

"There is a certain nervous realisation of loneliness there," he added. "But from all that I see and hear, I don't currently see a path or a possibility of going back on (Brexit)."
