Tokyo's Nikkei share average rises 2.03 pct

TOKYO, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Japan's benchmark Nikkei average rose 2.03 percent to 17,317.60 on Tuesday, while the broader Topix gained 1.87 percent to 1,391.67.
