Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) expect improved business conditions and a high growth rate in the coming months, reveals the second SME sentiment survey conducted by IndiaMART, one of India's largest online marketplaces for businesses. This was stated in a press release by IndiaMART.
Fully 54 per cent of the companies surveyed felt that the new government is likely to foster an environment that will boost growth in the country. Their confidence in the Indian economy has significantly grown from 5.8 in May (when the first sentiment survey was conducted) to 6.6 in October.
