Akshay Software Technologies, a software systems consulting firm, has recently concluded a private palcement of three lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 90 per share aggregating Rs 2.7 crore to Taurus Mutual Fund. This constitutes over 6 per cent of the company's equity.
