Andhra Pradesh finance minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju has said the payment of full compensation to farmers for the losses incurred by them during droughts was not possible. He said that besides providing jobs, the state government would provide fertlisers and seeds at a concessional rate to the drought-hit farmers.
