Blacksoil is promoted by Shashi Kiran Shetty, CMD of $932 mn worth Allcargo Logistics, Gnanesh Gala, Managing Director of $400 mn worth Navneet Education, and Virendra Gala, renowned Mumbai-based realty expert .
BlackSoil Realty Fund-I is a SEBI registered Category II AIF fund, which has recently raised Rs 139 crore through private equity funding and plans to invest the residual amount within the next 12-18 months.
