Deepak Tikku Is Nddb Chief

Deepak Tikku, executive director of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has taken over as managing director of the body. This post has been lying vacant for nearly a year since the previous incumbent Amrita Patel became chairman of the NDDB on Vergese Kurien's retirement. Tikku had been involved for years with the Mother Dairy, Deli, and the NDDB's integrated fruit and vegetable procurement, processing and marketing project.
