Delayed Payment

While I wrote a letter to them on 31-7-96 relating the above fact and asked them to send me a photocopy of the requested letter on the basis of which the policy has been transferred to Tinsukia, they have not responded till date. From the above, it is clear that their duty is limited to only receiving the premium amount and not of repayment. Moreover, I had never asked them to transfer the policy anywhere in the first place.

Under the given circumstances, may I urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and arrange for payment of the amount, with usual interest for the delayed period.
