Fresh Airbus Bait To Bag Mclr Deal

Apart from the 30 per cent sub-contract bait offered by both companiesat the Aero India 96 show on Wednesday, Airbus yesterday placed a $50 million contract for supply of doors for its A-320 aircraft.
Three aircraft giants, Boeing, Airbus and McDonnel Douglas, are vying for the $2 billion contract for Air Indias passenger fleet, scheduled to be finalised by March next year.
