Novartis India is considering divesting partially or wholly one of its agrocheicals manufacturing units, the ocmpany said in a notice to the stock exchanges. The site is in GIDC, Panoli, Gujarat. When contacted, a company spokesperson said the unit earlier belonged to Sandoz India and had become part of Novartis India after Sandoz and Ciba were merged.
