Hc Reserves Order

The Delhi High Court has reserved orders on the import of zinc and lead ash skimmings after hearing a marathon argument last week. A division bench consisting of justice Cyriac Joseph and justice S N Kapoor, heard counsel for the petitioner, PublicIinterest Legal Support and Research Centre and Zinc Manufacturers Association before reserving orders.
