Krishna Water Flows Into Tamil Nadu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minis-ter N Chandrababu Naidu pres-sed a button to open a shutter in the Telugu Ganga canal at Tamaraikuppam village on the Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh border to inaugurate the irrigation-cum-drinking water project.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi unveiled a pillar, commemorating the event at a glittering function.

Chief Minister Naidu, for their gesture, Karunanidhi said: This is a shining example of good relationship between neighbouring states, ruled by regional parties.
