Niit Launches New Program For Schools

NIIT has launched NIIT@school, a unique program, for complete integration of information technology in schools of fered on a turnkey basis and run on a contractual basis for a period for 3-5 years. "The attractive part is that schools can adopt the program without much initial investment," NIIT's LEDA (Learning through exploration, Discovery and Adventure) head, Abhinav Dhar said. In the target segment of 50,000 private schools across the country, NIIT is looking at implementing the program at 2,500 schools in the first phase this year.
