Steel Executives' Federation of India (SEFI), the representative body of more than 20,000 executives of Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), Vizag Steel Plant and MECON, has proposed revamp of SAIL board to improve upon the performance. According to the organisation, the government's decision to divest PSUs has given the SAIl managemnt an opportunity to cover up for its failure.
