Unicorp, Boart Longyear In Alliance

Boart Longyear will hold 51 per cent and Unicorp 49 per cent in the new company to be called Boart Longyear Unicorp, the statement said. No other financial details were available. The statement said the new company planned to set up a unit near Delhi to manufacture capital equipment, rock drilling tools and certain diamond products.
