When it comes to heart diseases, our knowledge for its occurrence is limited to stereotypical reasons, and so are the methods of prevention. People above the age of 40 mostly opt for regular heart checkups along with health checkups. We become conscious about making healthier food choices due to fear of weight gain. Many people start physical activities, such as gym training, taking up games like, football, basketball or practicing yoga, aerobics. These are few of the most well-known ways of tackling cardiovascular diseases.

Individuals who follow comparatively active and healthier lifestyle have a lower possibility of developing cardiovascular complications, however many other factors are to be taken in consideration to lead a healthy lifestyle. Many amongst us are unaware of the fact that if Heart disease runs in the family, one should start monitoring his heart at an early age of 25. Managing stress is not an easy task, daily workload and stress situations can contribute a great deal in increasing unhealthy pressure conditions for your health, but there are few unusual, unexpected ways to develop a heart healthy environment in your day to day life.

Taking a small time to pay attention to minor details of life can go a long way when it comes to the health of your heart. The less known and unexpected factors that can help your heart live longer are:

  • Furry friends for rescue- when is the last time you spent one quality hour petting your pet dog or cat? They can help you reduce your blood pressure by greater deal with their sheer presence, you just have to take them out and play with them every once in a while.

On the contrary to all the viral jokes we receive regarding plights of married patrons, it is been observed that married women are at thirteen percent lesser risk of developing heart diseases than their unmarried counterparts. A happy married life and regular lovemaking reduces the risk of heart diseases. Not letting a work fall between you and the things that make you happy is the key to the healthier heart.
