| Citrix, the $800 million US-based firm which provides solutions to speed up access to applications, has said it is enhancing its offerings post the recent acquisition of NetScaler. |
| Citrix had acquired NetScaler, founded by Indian-American serial entrepreneur B V Jagadeesh, for $300 million in cash and stock deal in August 2005. |

| The acquisition of NetScaler gives Citrix access to 75 professionals in India and it will continue to invest in the integration of India sales and marketing teams. |
| "The integration is focussed on synergising channel partner strengths and educating partners to effectively provide customers a larger solution set. The India sales integration plans include a phased approach, scheduled for completion in the next two quarters," Templeton added. |
