Cognizant signs deal with CSAA

Cognizant , a provider of global IT and business process outsourcing services, today announced a multi-year relationship with California State Automobile Association (CSAA).

Cognizant will provide the full suite of IT services including business consulting , specialised software and service implementation and support services. The services are to be delivered seamlessly from multiple locations including client locations in San Francisco, CA and Glendale, AZ.

"We needed an organisation that had not only strong business and technology insight, but strong domain expertise unique to the AAA business as well. We found that in Cognizant," said CSAA CIO Sally Grant.

California State Automobile Association offers a wide array of automotive, travel, insurance, financial services and consumer discounts to more than four million members in Northern California, Nevada and Utah.
