E-waste rules come to force today doubt stay

Industry experts, electronic goods manufacturers and recyclers feel the E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2011, which come into force on Tuesday, are unlikely to solve the pertinent problems. The reason, they mainly suggest, is a lack of set target and incentives for producers and consumers.
