'CEO continues to double as chief talent officer'
About 84 per cent of CEOs in India spend half of their time on talent-related activities, according to a joint study by Monster.com and People Matters. The study, which interviewed 126 CEOs in India, says talent management continues to be seen as the most crucial priority for Indian CEOs.
