Hutch-Essar:Rel Comm board meet on Jan 10

Reliance Communications, which is eyeing the country's fourth largest mobile player Hutch-Essar, today said its board would meet on January 10 to consider raising resources from the international market by way of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs)/external commercial borrowings (ECBs).
