Hutch under DoT's scanner on push-to-talk service

 Tatas have challenged the penalty in TDSAT and the case is being heard. According to sources the only difference between Tatas' and Hutch's services is that the Tatas offered the service under its Internet Service Provider (ISP) licence while Hutch was giving the service under its Access Service Licence.
