IDEA opens three new showrooms

IDEA Mobile Communications has launched three more IDEA nU showrooms in Punnapra(Alappuzha), Kadakkal (Kollam) and Cherupuzha(Kannur).

The opening of new showrooms is over and above the existing 133 IDEA nU showrooms spread across Kerala, the largest by any telecom operator in the state, according to a company press release.

IDEA nU showrooms are exclusive service showrooms that facilitate easy access of an array of service requirements including bill payments, feature information, dedicated customer care etc.

B Ramakrishna, circle head, IDEA (Kerala), said that the company was planning to open five more IDEA nU showrooms within a month's time.
