Igate's FY05 net vaults 458%

Igate Global Solutions has reported a net profit of Rs 6.38 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2005, compared to a net loss of Rs 2.81 crore in the same period last year.

Total income has increased 12% from Rs 100.04 crore to Rs 112.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, the company said.

According to a release issued to the BSE, the company has reported a whopping 458% surge in net profit to Rs 26.72 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005, as against Rs 4.79 crore in the previous financial year. 

Total income also increased to Rs 450.64 crore in 2004-05 from Rs 420.71 crore FY04.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of 15% for the year ended March 31, 2005, the release added.
