Infosys members approve ADR issue

The members of Infosys Technologies at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 18, 2004 has approved the sponsorship of an ADR issue up to a maximum of 16 million equity shares, according to a release issued to the BSE.

The pricing will be determined by the lead underwriters and all shareholders holding Indian equity shares will have a pari pasu right to participate in this offering, the release added.
