Nous achieves CMMI Maturity Level 5 rating

Nous Infosystems, a global IT solutions provider, has achieved Maturity Level 5 rating on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), said a release.

The achievement makes Nous join the elite band of 210 organisations world wide that have achieved this benchmark as per recent SEI data.

Commenting on the achievement, Ajith Pillai, president and CEO, Nous Infosystems said, "This is an additional feather in our cap on our 10th anniversary."

Added Kris Puthucode of Software Quality Centre (SQC), who assessed the organisation, "Nous is an organisation with a strong motivation to achieve excellence in quality. Particularly laudable among them is the ability to use the CMMI model and its practices effectively to suit the organisation's projects, and institutionalisation of best practices from CMMI."
