| The company, backed by blue chip venture capital firms such as Warburg Pincus and Benchmark Capital, designs, develops and sells a portfolio of silicon solutions which enable the growing convergence of networking and computing systems designs. |

| In addition to the launch of this centre, RMI also announced two new product families for enterprise and access markets. |
