Satyam to provide services to CA's users

Satyam Computer Services and Computer Associates International has entered an agreement under which the company will provide a full range of assessment, consulting and implementation services to users of CA's CleverPath Aion business process management (BPM) solution.

According to a Satyam release issued to the BSE, the agreement will help ensure that customers maximize the value from their investments in CleverPath Aion, while accelerating time-to-benefit and reducing their total cost of BPM technology ownership.

Satyam will deliver post-sales implementation services and will work closely with CA Technology Services (CA TS) to develop and deliver a Business Process Value Assessment service. The company will also develop a variety of business process templates for specific vertical markets using CleverPath Aion BPM.
