Take Solutions forms JV with Oman firm

Take Solutions Ltd has announced a joint venture with Oman-based W J Towell & Co Llc, engaged in property, trade, industry and services, to cross-sell its supply chain management (SCM) offerings to the clients of W J Towell and to strengthen its reach in the Middle East.

According to a company statement, the JV company, Towell"�Take Solutions Llc, headquartered in Muscat, would cater to the Middle East and African region. Take Solutions would hold 51 per cent of the equity capital in the JV.

Towell-Take Solutions would focus on providing solutions centred around automated data capture based on barcode and RFID technology, Timics ERP, supply chain management, business process management, data warehousing and business intelligence.
