V -Empower launches CRM system

V -Empower Inc, a US-based technology company with Indian operations at Hyderabad, has launched Ez Intranet Quorum "� a generic citizen relationship management (CRM) system that aims to enhance the functioning of business, office, agency or government department.

It is a well-built communication platform that can be used by all the government departments to record and maintain citizen information and take action on requests made, a company press release said here on Friday.

Intranet Quorum features superior workflow, less paper work, simple query-based reports and better citizen service and higher productivity.
